	From March 2019, World Class Manufacturing Regional Cost Deployment leader, supporting 28 sites (CNH, Iveco and FPT). The role is essentially split in 2. Providing training and support to new comers in the company as well as developing new tools in a continuous improvement perspective. Moreover, working in the development and roll out of a WW software to harmonize the CD process across the region.
	From October 2018, on top of the Plant controller role I’ve been given responsibility, within the WCM Program, for the regional coordination for the Cost Deployment activity.
	March 2015 to October 2018, Plant controller in Jesi Facility – EMEA Tractor Plant up to 115 HP. Monitoring the plant financials and preparing all financial reporting package, including actuals, budget and forecasts for Headquarter. WCM Cost Deployment pillar leader. Solid reporting line to the CNH European Industrial Controller. Location Jesi (An).
	From October 2014 to March 2015, I am supporting the Asia Pacific Regional Industrial Controller as Subject Matter Expert for all Industrial finance and controlling related matter to bring the region to the same level of efficiency as all the others in terms of timing, data accuracy and process implementation. I am reporting to the WW Manufacturing Controller to look after all special operational projects with increasing exposure to the top management. Location Arese (Mi).
	From January 2013 up to October 2014, I have been involved in the integration within IVECO, CNH and Fiat Powertrain deriving from the creation of the new company CNH Industrial, focusing mainly in the process harmonization with the objective of the creation of a common industrial reporting logic. In the same period, I’ve enlarged my responsibility as European Product Cost Manager taking over the responsibility of the additional 13 IVECO plant. Solid reporting line to the European Industrial Controller. Location Turin.
	From September 2011 up to January 2013, I have been covering the role of CNH European Product Cost Manager (coordinating 13 Plant), appointed as Subject Matter Expert for all the system implementation affecting the manufacturing perimeter (i.e. implementation of SAP Manufacturing, Replacement of the BOM system) and covering also the role of Plant controller for the small facility in Berlin. On yearly basis accountable for the correct inventory revaluation process (both commercial and industrial) for the Italian legal entity and interface with the external auditor for Product Costing and FIFO calculation. As special project I have been working on the Business Blue Print for the implementation of a Global Product Costing System. Project now being implemented in the North America plants. 	From January 2011 up to September 2011, Team member of European Accounting and Reporting Group. Objective of the role was also to spot out the inefficiency and work out a plan to improve situation. Moreover, I was also leading the implementation of the SAP reporting in the Countries where SAP system was not implemented yet. Location Comerio (VA) – EMEA Headquarter Office.
	From July 2009 until December 2011, Manufacturing Finance Business Lead for the SAP PP and MM modules implementation in all the European plant. Leading a team of 3 people. Location Cassinetta (VA)
	From December 2007 until July 2009, Team member of the project that was re-engineering the management reporting. Coordinating the SAP CO new year system set up for all the 13 European sites. Finance Business reference for the implementation of SAP HR module. Leader of the ATL & BTL reporting. Location Dublin (Ireland) – EMEA SSC Office.
	From March2006 until December 2007, Manufacturing Finance Project Analyst working on the implementation of the SAP FI-CO, FA and IM. Location Comerio – EMEA Headquarter.
