Group controller / cfo

Group Controller of ICT CAPEX and OPEX for the Ferrero Group with a perimeter of more 80 entities across the Group. The role is based in the Luxembourg headquarter, with a strict partnership with the Line in the different countries and technology hubs of the Ferrero Group. I'm appointed to this internal position, after 5 years of full time cooperation with the Controlling Department as Controlling stream leader for the coordination, definition and implementation of the new Group Operating Model. This project embraced and changed several processes both in Operations and in Finance in a multi country context. As Controlling Stream Leader I supervised and contributed with other Local and Central Controllers to adapt the Group Controlling processes and tools accordingly the new role of headquarter and local entities

I was focused on design and implementation of industry solutions, related to accounting and managerial matters. In the last 5 years I cooperated with the Ferrero Group in body rental as Controlling Stream Leader in one the most large operational model changes for the Group

Starting as Auditor, with client in Transportation, Manufacturing and Telco, I moved to the managerial consultancy, supporting the CFO activities in Italy and abroad (SOX, IFRS adoptions, Planning & Reporting tools implementations, SAP and JDE implementations, Consolidated Financial Statements preparation are some of the main engagement I followed with increased responsibilities.
