Business partnering over 50 countries (Manufacturing Plant & Marketing Subsidiaries) aligned with Regional Managers to provide accurate and value added analysis and support. Deep understanding of each country’s market and portfolio. • Lead the coordination and consolidation of Budget and Long Term Plan processes providing a strong view of risks and opportunities in the medium/long term, giving support on the definitions of the targets as well as giving support to the Regional Controllers and the affiliates finance teams. Final revisions & approvals with Exeltis Managing Director. • Direct support to the Senior Management in the Monthly Business Reviews with the Regions and Affiliates monitoring business performance, identifying opportunities and challenges. • Monthly Group’s Reporting revision, analysis of deviations and key drivers for growth. • Subsidiaries NWC analysis and optimization. Fund requests to HQ revision and approval. • In situ Manufacturing Plants and Marketing Subsidiaries Financial & Business Reviews. • SAP BPC reporting tool implementation
