Hr generalist o administration

As People Admin & Labour I have an important impact on the empowerment of the employees and on their day-to-day work life facilitation within the People&Culture Team and company-wide. The primary focus of the role will be on administrative and labour matters, managing the employment/unemployment activities and obligations together with the external labour providers, supporting to the definition and execution of personnel procedures and policies, ensuring adequate communication of those policies to employees, and being the main point of reference for both the management team and the employees about all the labour, admin and contract topics. I’m also responsible for the attendance flow.
With a "generalist soul”, my role is also a support to other P&C members.
