Leadership Role in the delivery and co-ordinating of Studies and Design packages on complex road, railway and infrastructure studies / projects alongside ensuring these projects perform tecnically in compliance with all relevant standards.
Managing the workload and the technical team, liaising with the sub-consultants and external parties.
Reporting to the Techical Director the ongoing activities ensuring the correct time schedule to successfully deliver high-quality projects.
Including and not limited to: geometric design of road / railways, highways and interchanges layouts, construction details, pavement calculations, earthworks, drainage and hydraulic design, road safety, bill of quantities, cost estimate, tender documents, preparation of the administrative documentation.
Contribute to the development of technical proposals.

Coordination of the Junior Engineers and working collaboratively as part of the team, to develop a range of Transportation Plannings and Final / Detailed Designs reagarding: Infrastructure, Highways, Railways and Tramways, Roadways, Urbanization Works (Roads, Sidewalks, Water Supply, Wastewater, Lighting, etc.).
Coach, Mentor, Support to provide Senior Guidance and Leadership for design team members, engineers and trainee technicians, to deliver the projects respecting the time schedule (with a limited responsability on the project financial performance).
