Key Responsibilities : 

•	Key Customers Sales & Marketing responsibility, as well as Full Integral P&L Responsibility for each geographical Region (from Turnover to EBITA, Pricing Policy, Margins, A&P)   
•	Study of the best entry Strategy in the key strategic markets (i.e. : Russia, China, New Zealand, Australia, LATAM).      
•	Distribution Network set-up through local Importers and Distributors.

•	Identify and implement market and business development strategies for the Branded business with direct responsibilities on the definition of Plans and Objectives and Budget of each Region. 
•	Coordinate with management and plan participation in all “Trade and Fairs Exhibitions” and ensure all activities according to customer specifications and assist business partners to design efficient distributing strategies for customers.
•	Identifying new market opportunities, developing new client relationships, creating business proposals and writing bids. 
•	Managing client relationships and ensure that the board and management team are kept informed of market opportunities and business development. 
•	Lead the business development, sales, customer service and marketing teams.
