Gaming side:
 Log, review and close game related incidents
 Ensure good communication between game providers and relevant internal departments to resolve incidents and other game related issues
 Good understanding of game play and rules in order to assist any queries
 Log game and provider downtime and availability
 Ensure that all CRM Support Agents are fully trained on how to deal with incident issues
 Support CRM Support Agents with incident issues as necessary
 Update CRM Support Agents with ongoing game issues
 Coordinate with 2nd line support team in different offices on incident issues
 Assist Gaming Services Manager to hold monthly incident support meetings with different offices
 Development of new processes, procedures, work instruction documents, training material, Create Handbooks etc
 Occasional travelling
 Participation at ICE and SIGMA
 Occasional participation in gaming related events
 User Privilege setup
 Back office evaluation for new game provider
 JIRA training to CRM support agents
 Follow different projects
 Update the Game Detail Database
 Taking care of the mails in general
 Testing games
 Keep in contact with more that 30 providers
 CRM meeting (Support weekly meeting) - Summary mail to send to support after CRM meeting, regarding gaming updates
 Update weekly the file of Game per site
 Update provider contact detail sheet
 Sending out the weekly and monthly Newsletter about the games to release
 Game configuration
 Knowledge of FSBO and WFBO systems
 Blogging on WIKI
 New game provider integration
 Whitelisting
Compliance side:
 Launching games in UK and update the UK Game Register
 Provide the UK Game Register file to the compliance department - weekly
 Put the games into SAFE and Launching games in DK
 Following the Danish regulation
 Collect SCP. Reports from providers and collaborate with GLI.
