Lean manufacturing & logistics

The purpose of this team is: 
- Define and Provide WCM Standards across the whole FCA, Suppliers and Association Factories 
- Manage WCM Audit System 
- Provide Training and Support plans to FCA group Factories

Logistics Engineering of Grugliasco Plant with the aim of apply WCM and Lean methodologies, reduce Lead time in Inbound and Outbound and guarantee quality in the entire logistics process.
WCM LCS Pillar leader with Score 2 roadmap responsibility

Logistics Engineering at Global level (Italy, USA, China, Romania, India and Brazil) supporting: 
- WCM activities (LCS Global Task force and LCS Pillar leader (Novi, Michigan)) 
- Industrialization of new products to be placed in the existing assembly process 
- Analysis and study of Logistics KPI 
- Logistic flow analysis and Plant / warehouse re-layout study

2nd Level specializing Master sponsored by Comau SpA and funded by the Piedmont region. The first year is divided between work activities in the company and training at the Politecnico. The second year is completely done in the company in which is also developed a Project work (final thesis). Topics range from Engineering to Project management, through Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality. Specific courses for the development of soft skills are also taught.

Internship: done in the Grugliasco Comau Plant, to support thesis activities

Thesis: " Application of WCM methodology to the logistic re-engineering process of Comau welding guns "
