• Design and Installation of Cathodic Protection (CP) System for new Pipelines and Facilities by
Impressed Current/Sacrificial Anodes Cathodic Protection System.
• Upgrading of existing CP Systems on Gas Transmission Pipelines and Facilities.
• Evaluated external corrosion direct assessment (ECDA) data for coating condition monitoring and
pipeline external corrosion assessment.
• Planned and executed Soil Resistivity Tests, Current Drain Tests, Pipe to Soil Potential Surveys, CIP
Surveys, DCVG Surveys, Pearson Surveys (Coating Inspections).
• Evaluated Surveys Results of PSP measurements for Corrosion Protection and Current Drain Tests
for measuring the current requirement for Pipeline network.
• Supervised NDT activities including Radiography Testing (RT), Dye Penetration Testing (DPT),
Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) including long range UT.
• Executed Inspection and Repair Work for under construction and operational pipelines and equipment,
follow up repair activities and reassessment work.
• Assisted in Preparation of Pipeline Integrity Management Plan for safe Operation of Pipeline, involving with
construction, Operation and Maintenance Personnel.
• Preparing of Weekly and Monthly based Progress Reports of Pipeline Integrity Assessment Activities.
• Investigated Alternating and Direct Current Interference sources and mitigated by installing Resistive Bond
Boxes and Zinc Anodes on Pipelines.
• Conducted Technical Training Sessions with team members regarding corrosion monitoring activities.
• Executed all activities as per timelines while strictly observing HSE rules and regulations.
• Have sound knowledge of NACE and API codes for Corrosion Control.
