Thesis intern (May 2019-January 2020)- 8 months ❖ Evaluate the maintenance, defect analysis, maintenance priority analysis. Cost benefit analysis. ❖ Design new predictive maintenance for the MERCEDES BENZ buses in Busitalia. ❖ Software Handled: fleetboard cockpit 1.28.0, MATLAB R2016b, Mercurio. ❖ Result: The flaws in predictive maintenance are rectified, technical and management solutions are provided with detailed analysis. Reduced maintenance time by 20 hrs for a week. Intern (January 2019-April 2019)-3 months ❖ Optimization of public transport routes in the city of Florence. ❖ Design new and shortest routes for the entire city of Florence. ❖ Analyse the information form interviews and previous challenges. ❖ Software Handled: Open door logistics 1.4.1, GAMS 25.1.3 ❖ Result: A new and optimized route has been designed for the city of Florence. Substituted 11 routes with just 3 routes.

Design and Product engineering, Production engineering ❖ 3D-Design of complex ignition coil parts & technical drawing analysis, conduct experiments, compile data, and prepare process condition documents to initiate production, plastic flow management and VTC machining, Mould maintenance and tolerance. ❖ Install Toyo Injection molding machines,3 -130- ton vertical, 6- 100-ton horizontal machines, A voltage testing machine and a 100-ton Terminal press machine etc. ❖ Production cycle optimization, Process performance analysis. ❖ Automatic and semiautomatic assembly line design for electromechanical component-Ignition coil. ❖ Coordinate Supply chain and logistics & handle BOM, plan maintenance, invoices scheduling, Cost reduction planning ❖ Part evaluation and laboratory check, handle customer audits. ❖ Results: New project initiation and supply of Ignitions Coils and Valve timing control for Ford and Nissan Maxima cars. Achieved KPI 1.16, 0.05 defects target, 0 delivery failure, Passed capacity, IMMS, EMS audit 14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 Quality managements system with Ford and Nissan.

(The mini project submitted is an attempt to design the micro gas turbine and to carryout extensive literature review) ❖ Mini Project on “AUTOMOBILE BODY GEOMETRIC DESIGN” Using Creo software. (The mini project is all about simple design of the car and implementing all the features as per as aesthetics is concerned) ❖ Final year project on "THERMAL ANALYSIS OF DISC BRAKE AND ITS VARIATIONS WITHRESPECT TO TIME AND TEMPERATURE” at Hitachi automotive systems (India) Pvt. ltd., from 1stFeb 2016 to 31stMarch 2016(2 months). (The main moto of the project is to design the best disc brake that dissipates heat and increases life of the disc brake)
