❖ Evaluate the maintenance, defect analysis, maintenance priority
analysis. Cost benefit analysis.
❖ Design new predictive maintenance for the MERCEDES BENZ
buses in Busitalia.
❖ Software Handled: fleetboard cockpit 1.28.0, MATLAB R2016b,
Mercurio.
❖ Result: The flaws in predictive maintenance are rectified,
technical and management solutions are provided with detailed
analysis. Reduced maintenance time by 20 hrs for a week.

Intern (January 2019-April 2019)-3 months
❖ Optimization of public transport routes in the city of Florence.
❖ Design new and shortest routes for the entire city of Florence.
❖ Analyse the information form interviews and previous
challenges.
❖ Software Handled: Open door logistics 1.4.1, GAMS 25.1.3
❖ Result: A new and optimized route has been designed for the
city of Florence. Substituted 11 routes with just 3 routes.

Valve timing control for Ford and Nissan Maxima cars.
Achieved KPI 1.16, 0.05 defects target, 0 delivery failure, Passed
capacity, IMMS, EMS audit 14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 Quality
managements system with Ford and Nissan.
