• Handle Incidents/Tickets, emails, calls on Network issues. • Deal with 3rd Party vendors (ISP) regarding BGP and Schedule maintenance issues. • Solve Network connectivity issues with clients over call and mail. • Well versed with Office 365, Outlook emails. • Troubleshoot network issues and assign to next level support team to solve. • Following up over mails and calls up to date to fix the issue faster. • Works on Service Requests and Changes • Works on all sort of network device issues including (Printer, Mobility and corporate) • Assigns Vlans and work on issues related SSIDs. • Staging the Scripts • Knowledge on DNS, DHCP & TCP/IP. • Proactive work on Incidents and Email, avoiding SLA breaches. • Work on Health check Reports Daily, Outage Tracker regarding Changes & Scheduled Maintained activities. • Works on Solar winds, Service now,Moogsoft,Smarts tools to Manage network Devices • Block the Alerts(Servers,Switches,Routers) • Works on Network Device Downs,CPU & Memory Utilization checks, All sorts of network issues. • Works on Circuit Down issues, Primary and Secondary ISP Links
