I’m in charge to manage and coordinate the production planning, the related flow of purchased materials and components, and warehouse inbound and outbound activities. Moreover I define, drive and control, inside the company, methodologies and processes suitable to improve knowledge and performances (I've developed the KPI monitoring system suitable for tracking the trend of the projects for new faucets components and for CRM, I’ve guided the implementation of the new WMS adopting also a RF technology for all the incoming and outgoing flows). I'm PKE (Process Kaizen Engineer) inside the company, that since 2006 has adopted the Kaizen philosophy of the Toyota Production System throughout its entire organization. Moreover I work on the engineering of projects related to “turnkey” plant or to increase potentiality of existing systems.
