Supply chain and procurement

 Made analysis and managed the indirect procurement spend data on the mobility management and travel commodities.  Prepared presentations and purchase reports by extracting data from the QlikView platform and identified cost reduction opportunities.  Assisted in the project of shifting from Fleet to mobility management for ground transportation in Philips.  Worked in the Rental Car tender project by taking care of all the activities related to suppliers through SAP Ariba.  Supported savings reporting, contracting process and data management of the Supply base.  Worked on the Daily management dashboards in updating the data related to various commodities in a cluster. 

 Accomplished tasks with an effective site supervision by identifying problems and developing corrective action plans.  Built and maintained good relationship with vendors and also suggested solutions for continuous process improvements.  Assisted in the implementation of 5S concept in the store room and maintained spare parts inventories for repair and maintenance.  Managed the transportation of components to installation site and also monitored and coordinated the execution of construction work.  Recorded and reported all faults, other unusual occurrences and as well as the time, cost and materials expended on maintenance Operation.
