Division Infrastructure - Projects – Region Sud – Bellinzona (CH)

- Overseeing of Portfolio Projects (Team Portfolio > CHF 500 Mill) at level of regional board and senior management and leading development projects of the swiss rail network managing multidisciplinary project teams
- Managing  day-to-day work on projects providing coordination and supervision in all phases 
- Providing regular detailed reporting/metrics on projects, resources allocation, project status completion statistics, any variances to plan and forecasting of future needs
- Reviews and monitoring of project performance to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time, within budget and quality 
- Monitoring, Reviews and providing recommendations on potential Change Orders on providing detailed analysis of impacts to internal SBB Stakeholders
- Managing external project partners  (internal SBB, contractors and engineering consultants)
- Collaborating and coordinating project management matters, from the project authorization process till execution, with the Federal Swiss Department of Transportation
- Representing the SBB with all external Stakeholder and general public
- Providing project management support and input to External Relation Office, preparing  and leading presentations to the general public, SBB Project Board, and outside agencies and organizations
