Responsible of Jewelry Project Management Office, managing and coordinating a team of project managers specialized in new product introduction. Our portfolio complexity deals with different kinds of business: Mass Market Jewelry, High Jewelry and Clients’ Customized Orders. 
Project Management Institute (PMI), IPMA and Lean principles: product definition, time and resources management, project and product cost evaluation, quality analysis, engineering and production monitoring, communication plan, visible planning techniques, risk analysis, lesson learned, KPI definition and reporting to top management.
Stakeholders: Design Center, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Prototyping Dept, Raw Materials Buyers, External Suppliers, Other Business Units (watches, accessories, eyewear, etc.)
Project Duration & Team: 8-18 months; up to 40 people involved for bigger projects. 
Results: New PM culture and tools set and spread personally in the company (e.g. Masterplan, Risk & Issue Tracking, Portfolio Dashboard). Projects finalized exceeding company expectations in terms of marginality (cost reduction -15%). PM Tools adapted to sustain on time a production growth above +50%.

Responsible of the whole portfolio of outsourced products with a strong focus on product and supplier management. The portfolio includes luxury and high-end appliances such as built-in ovens, cooktops, microwaves, special ovens, hoods, dishwashers and fridge freezers.  Direct report to the CEO.
Main responsibilities: new product development, range definition, project and supplier management, cost estimation and engineering investments analysis during all the stages of the product launch. 
Stakeholders: internal departments (R&D, Sales, Brand & Communication, Quality, Supply Chain), external suppliers (Italian, European, North American and Asian), final customers/clients for customized products. 
Results: new products introduced in USA in 10 months (vs. 12 expected) with marginality +5% more than expected.

Management, execution and monitoring of innovation projects for new products and processes development. Projects focused on any kind of major and small domestic appliances (e.g. fridges, washing machines, vacuum cleaners, etc.). Three main axes drive the activities: exploration of all technical solutions, evaluations of the impact on end-users and preparation of a coherent business model. 
Product Management: competitors’ analysis, value proposition definition, range definition, pricing.
Project Manager Institute (PMI) methodology: scope definition, risk analysis, cost control, time & resources management, business & communication plan preparation, supplier procurement. 
Project Duration & Team: 10-36 months; up to 50 people involved for bigger projects. 
Results: Several products launched  with great success in terms of time efficiency (new vacuum cleaner range launched in EU), cost efficiency (new dishwasher platform for Eastern EU), client satisfaction (e.g. extended warranty on Italian market), sales results (e.g. Active Oxygen on fridges worldwide).

Technical support for Project Managers involved into chemistry & materials projects. Test Planning and Execution, Chemistry Lab coordinator, Preliminary management of small projects or minor parts of wider programs.
