Main activities: time control performed with periodic updates of time schedule and work progress report; cost control through analysis and drafting of comparison panels; documents preparation for purchase requests; interim payment certificate preparation; drafting of economic and technical change requests to be submitted to the Works Directors; dialogue with the various professional figures (Client, WD, Design Team, etc.). Main projects:
· Bocconi Urban Campus
· Residential building located in Milan
· Renovation of apartments owned by MM Spa – on behalf of Montagna Costruzioni

Main activities: working with the team, management of the different projects phases; stakeholder management (suppliers, customers etc.); change requests management; time and cost management; contracts management; Technical Due Diligence for real estate assets trading. Main projects:
· Construction of a brand-new university residence located in Milan;
· Real estate management on behalf of SIDIEF (Bank of Italy real estate)
· Expansion of a shopping centre located in Umbria

Main topics: design of energy‐efficient buildings; design of construction details; structures design and verification (reinforced concrete, steel); calculation of energy consumption and energy requirements of a building; building energy performance classification (KlimaHaus, Cened); management of construction site and safety on site; complex project management; technical CAD drawing, 3D modeling and rendering.
