Leading execution of the supplier sourcing strategies in a multi-site matrix environment to drive cost, quality and delivery improvements with key emphasis in the plastic, metals and electronics commodities. Responsible for analyzing the Europe & North Africa supply base, locating new suppliers to support the Division goals and objectives; responsible for budgeting and monitoring commodity costs to support cost reduction budgets. Managing cross functional teams at the manufacturing sites to identify strategic sourcing needs and develop commodity strategies.

Program Management, Benchmarking, Cost Engineering, Competitiveness improvement programs implementation, Design to Cost as well as VA/VE at worldwide level (Brazil, Poland, USA, Italy, India & China) within Magneti Marelli Shock Absorbers Business Line.

Responsible for the Purchasing Department within Aliaxis Italy.

The Aliaxis Group is an international group consisting of businesses primarily engaged in the manufacturing and commercialisation of plastic products for fluid transport relating to four key market segments: building, sanitary, industrial and utilities. 
The Group’s solutions target both residential and commercial construction, in new build and renovation, as well as in a wide range of industrial and public utility applications

Responsibility for Purchasing activities at Group level, coordinating team composed by senior buyers and sourcers. Purchasing Budget definition, price global negotiations, development and implementation of strategic sourcing and procurement processes. Suppliers selection, Target Panel management & optimization.

Coordinate and lead common ww negotiations for Connectors at Group level, carrying out identified actions, approving regional commodities strategy, deploying and monitoring ww contracts. Focal Point for Powertrain Sourcing activities in China & India in order to achieve and exceed the Company’s LCC APV budget.

Responsible for purchasing activities for Powertrain Division for the Brazilian manufacturing plant. Managing of new products purchasing launches, suppliers development as well as research on new sources LCC based. Direct management of local team of five Buyers. Appointed Magneti Marelli representative into the South American FIAT Group’s Purchasing Committee.
