I’m responsible of the continuous improvement program for the supplier park (internal sister companies
included). The key activities for this role are: develop strategic and critical supplier relationships in
a way that encourages open dialogue and cooperation, identify and implement win/win projects that add
value to both organizations in areas of continuous improvement and innovation. I develop ideas of cost
reduction activities and quality improvement projects.

I was responsible of the chemical commodity (Interiors, Exteriors, Filtration & Pipes, Seats & Sealings).
In charge of a the team of 10 people with the responsibility for supplied parts of new and current models
manufactured in Grugliasco (TO) and Modena plants.

quality, timing, cost and people management of the plant located in Asti (about 80 operators)
