•	Ensure proper budget management for advertising and brand promotion in line with the approved plan 
•	Implement the approval procedures for promotional materials and communications to the public and monitor the related processes in compliance with procedures and deadlines

Global management of TANTUM VERDE umbrella brand in more than 15 countries, by:
•	developing a strategic vision for the brands and a clear global direction: Tantum Verde has become the ‘’irreplaceable’’ specialist for sore throat and cold&flu in all the countries.
•	creating the necessary bases for the sustainable growth of the brand, both in terms of portfolio and global marketing initiatives: Tantum Verde in the last 3 years has become the 2nd brand of the company in terms of turnover, the growth was organic thanks to the new launches, cross fertilization and portfolio harmonization.
•	addressing global brand issues and challenges and exploring market trends: I managed the international launch of Tantum Grip, to extend Tantum in Cold&Flu area. And Tantum Natura, a new brand to leverage and defend Tantum brand equity in the core market.
•	supporting local needs: during 2018, I managed 15 country visits in less than 3 months in order to gather countries local needs on which I based the global strategic plan.
•	multi countries market researches: Global U&A, Social Media Listening, Brand Health Tracker, Copy test.
