•	CORPORATE GOVERNANCE: Director at Alstom Power Italia’s Board of Directors and member of the Supervisory Board of GE Power companies, responsible to keep updated the ”Model 231”. Authorized signatory at GEGS GmbH (CH) 

Coordination and assistance on key legal, contracts and Companies affairs matters connected with business in Europe and North Africa. Drafting, negotiation and finalization of national    and   international agreements, consortia/JV, frame and sub contract agreements with client and partners, related to Oil&Gas and Energy projects.

Expert of Antitrust and Competition Law, ensuring company’s respect of Administrative Responsibility (“Model 231”) legislation and Compliance.

Committed to provide legal advice and support to Business Units Onshore and Offshore, involved in maritime works, LNG plants, Ammonia and Urea plants and Legal Assistance to Procurement and Financial Operations Departments, Drafting of Consortia/Convention de Groupement/ Memorandum of Agreement.
Responsible to manage and secure all legal aspects of the transactions carried out by the company worldwide from tendering stage up to   signature of the contracts.
Support to Project Management team for claims arising during project/contract execution stage, for litigations and arbitrations liaising with external law firms.
