Summary / Role Purpose The Accounting Assistant is responsible for maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely generation of the financial statements and management reports, The  Accounting Assistant  will assist the entity Finance Team, he/she will be responsible for daily accounting tasks related to AP, AR banks reconciliations, travel expenses reports.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Suppliers’ invoices and employee expenses reports review, booking and payment.
Customers receipts booking Prepare and send customer invoices through SDI.
Banks reconciliation.
Support Finance Team for the month end close.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience A maximum of 3-5 years on similar responsibilities and hold and accounting bachelor’s degree three years “Laurea Triennale”.
Very good analytical skills Exceptional organizational skills and deep attention to details Strong MS-Office skills Good written and verbal English language Proven ability to work in a global team.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills Prior experience within a multinational company would be beneficial.
