CHI CERCHIAMO Per il nostro store al CC Mondo Juve siamo alla ricerca di uno/a Store Manager in sostituzione maternità che si occuperà di.
Gestire lo staff del negozio, organizzandone la formazione, monitorandone e correggendone le performance e promuovendone la crescita.
Organizzare e pianificare tutte le attività del negozio su base quotidiana, settimanale e mensile, a seconda delle scadenze prefissate.
Raggiungere i target di vendita e determinare, insieme al District Manager, le strategie di marketing del negozio analizzando i dati di vendita/KPIs e le tendenze, facendo delle previsioni di fatturato, gestendone il conto economico e lo stock delle merci.
Fare in modo che tutte le richieste dei clienti siano soddisfatte, i problemi gestiti e risolti e che la loro esperienza in negozio sia la migliore possibile, seguendo i valori e le linee guida aziendali sul service.
Assicurarsi che il negozio sia accattivante, che i prodotti e le vetrine siano allestite in maniera efficace e sulla base delle direttive aziendali, per massimizzare le vendite e la crescita del negozio.
REQUISITI Esperienza nella gestione, nello sviluppo e nella leadership di un team.
Ottima propensione al multi-tasking e all’imprenditorialità.
Capacità analitiche e decisionali sulla base dei dati di vendita e dei KPIs, con conseguente ottimo utilizzo di Excel.
Comprovata capacità di orientare e di offrire un’ottima customer experience – indipendentemente dalle situazioni.
Saper identificare le tendenze del momento, riportare i risultati, trarre conclusioni pertinenti e raccomandare le azioni rilevanti al management.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, livello B2.
Esperienza pregressa in un brand premium sarà considerata un plus.
