Your tasks and responsibilities.
Supporting managers in accomplishing the respective tasks, and managing the responsibility area, organization or assigned projects Supporting preparation of speeches and events as well as surveys operationally Preparing presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.
Performing information research Analyzing strategic or operational tasks, in assigned functional area Scheduling and preparing meetings and events, completes minutes of meetings Plans and executes logistics for company meetings and other internal and external events Manages integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate Performs assistance in media relations and marketing / communications efforts Generates reports regarding strategic results, customer engagement and market conditions Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.

You are under 29 University degree or equivalent Fluent English, knowledge of other languages (French, Spanish, German) is of advantage Experience with lean methods and improvement projects are of advantage Travel may occasionally be expected Your attributes and skills.
You know and like working with digital tools and social media You are familiar with office 365 tools suits You are able to translate concepts and facts into compelling presentations You are proactive in proposing new ways of doing things You know how social intelligence help influencing others Our global team.
