Descrizione del lavoro The Associate HR Business Partner will report directly to the Senior HR Business Partner of the Media area supporting him with the management of Talent related topics.
Your  to-do list.
Support the Senior HRBP of the area on HR projects and activities.
Manage and provide employee relations support  on various HR topics.
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition team on candidate fit and assessment.
Partner with business managers  in various employees life cycle events.
Collaborate closely with the People & Culture Team to support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and ensure they are integrated in program offerings and workforce decisions.
Conduct Exit Interview meetings, tracking/summarizing meeting information, identifying trends and escalating concerning patterns Manage Onboarding process.

Publicis Groupe  is looking for an Associate HR Business Partner  for its Milan offices! With the support of internal centre of excellence, you will be a reference point for all issues related to the HR function for the Media side of the business.
You will contribute to define and implement the Groupe People Excellence strategy and practices in the Country in order to drive greater organizational performance and effectiveness, support the career development of our talent, work with the management in order to spread the Group values and the enhancement an inclusive work environment.
Qualifiche If you have.
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year as Junior HR Business Partner inside complex and dynamic environments in the world of services Experience in guiding employees and managers in career planning and performance management.
Experience in advising employees on HR topics.
Strong foundations in labour law, HR operations and processes.
Proven expertise in exercising tact and diplomacy in managing senior stakeholders and employees.
Fluent in English If you are.
Strong in organizational and project management skills.
A great team player, highly collaborative and flexible working style.
Proactive in managing manpower issues and plans.
