We are looking for a Sales Budget Intern to join our business controlling team.
The selected candidate will support the sales budget management process, assisting in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
This role offers a great opportunity to gain experience in management control and collaborate with commercial teams.
As part of the team, you will be handling the management of MX products budget to support division sales strategies, provide insights and recommendations.
Role and Responsibilities Support in developing detailed sales budgets based on historical data, market trends, and company objectives.
Support in creating accurate sales forecasts to guide financial planning and resource allocation.
Deal-sheet Contract creation following requests by Sales Divisions and sending to Customers, managing ongoing deal-sheet and Customers' acceptance.
Support in analyzing Sell In and Sell Out data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Support in the preparation of regular budget reports for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Support in monitoring actual sales performance against budget and forecasts, and provide actionable insights to address any discrepancies.
Work closely with sales, finance, and other team members to gather information, organize data and ensure alignment on financial goals and strategies.

Assisting in the generation of reports for management.
Learning and using Excel for data analysis.
Skills and Qualifications What we need for this role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes.
Degree in Economics, Business Management or related fields.
Excel proficiency and an interest in data analysis.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
