- PREVIOUS CUSTOMER CARE EXPERIENCE IN AN E-COMMERCE - KNOWLEDGE OF WORLDWIDE INVOICING / SHIPPING / CUSTOMS - GOOD TEAM PLAYER AND GREAT ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS - MUST DEMONSTRATE AN APPRECIATION AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE BUSINESS - EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, KNOWS HOW TO BUILD A RELATIONSHIP WITH CUSTOMERS LOCATION.
