Customer Service Coordinator  CDD 18 Mois, temps plein, basé à Rueil-Malmaison (à 1 mn du RER A), télétravail (2j/semaine)    Résumé du Poste Le Coordinateur du Service Clients est chargé d’apporter un soutien quotidien à l’équipe et de veiller à la continuité des ventes au sein du Service Clients tout en garantissant le respect des procédures internes et des exigences légales locales.
Il contribuera à fournir le plus haut service aux clients tout en assurant une optimisation des coûts logistiques   Responsabilités.
•    Support au travail quotidien de l’équipe du Service Clients tout en ayant la gestion directe de clients •    Gestion quotidienne des commandes (Commandes reçues par EDI, courriel…)  •    Création des livraisons et transmission à l’entrepôt •    Vérification des sorties de marchandise de l’entrepôt •    Création des factures  •    Création des retours dans le système pour toute reprise, refus de livraison ou annulation de commandes •    Gestion des retours avec le transporteur •    Création des notes de crédit / notes de débit   •    Résolution des problèmes et réclamations des clients impliquant toutes les parties concernées (clients, entrepôt, transporteurs, le Département Commercial et le Service Clients) •    Contact constant avec les Ventes et la Force de Vente pour résoudre des problèmes ou échanger des informations   •    Support dans la gestion de la base clients et des accords commerciaux (coopérations commerciales, ristournes, pénalités) •    Résolution de problèmes comptables sur les comptes clients •    Participation aux projects (tester les nouveaux systems et outils, initiatives dans l’optimisation de la logistique..) •    Backup des collègues du Service Clients   Compétences et expérience requises   •    Enseignement supérieur (de préférence économique ou logistique) •    Au minimum trois ans d’expérience au sein d’un Service Clients, idéalement dans un environnement de Grande Distribution •    Bon équipier qui travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe du Service Clients et le reste de l’Entreprise •    Fortement axé sur les clients et les résultats   •    Avec de grandes initiatives et aptitude à résoudre les problèmes  •    Bonne communication et apprentissage rapide •    Très bonne connaissance de l’Anglais parlé et écrit •    Connaissance de MS Office  •    Connaissance du système SAP   #INT Edgewell is an equal opportunity employer.
