supporto clientela leisure/business, b2b, gestione booking.
requisiti.
– eccellente inglese scritto e parlato.
– diploma o laurea.
– esperienza in customer service o turismo (preferenziale).
– conoscenza windows e office.
– mentalità customer-centric.
soft skills.
– capacità comunicative, empatia, flessibilità, dinamismo, problem solving, teamwork.
orario.
– flessibile, inclusi notti, weekend e festivi.
contratto.
tempo determinato (6 mesi), sede a san giovanni la punta (catania), € netti mensili + tredicesima.
