Responsabilidades Principales.
Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos establecidos.
Gestionar la cartera de clientes existente, así como identificar y captar nuevos clientes potenciales.
Establecer relaciones sólidas con clientes clave y colaborar estrechamente con los equipos internos para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
Analizar el mercado y la competencia para identificar oportunidades y amenazas, proponiendo acciones correctivas.
Gestióny desarrollo de equipo comercial a su cargo.
Requisitos.
Más de 8 años de experiencia demostrable en funcionesde responsabilidadcoomercial dentro del sector FMCG.
Experiencia en la gestión de cuentas clave y en el desarrollo de estrategias de ventas efectivas.
Conocimiento profundo del mercado local y nacional.
Habilidades excepcionales de negociación y comunicación.
Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma.
Cualificaciones y Habilidades.
Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing o campo relacionado.
Conocimientos sólidos de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de gestión de clientes (CRM).
Proactividad y enfoque orientado a soluciones.
Excelentes habilidades de planificación y organización.
