Billie is seeking a Director of Integrated Production with a keen eye for creativity, adept in both motion and photography productions, deeply passionate about their craft, and capable of inspiring our team.
As our Director of Integrated Production, you’ll bridge still and film content, with a particular emphasis on motion.
You'll be at the forefront of bringing our brand vision to life, marrying creativity with strategic precision to deliver impactful and memorable content.

Partner with our VP of Production to plan and execute all aspects of production across multiple mediums (TV, digital, print), from creative ideation to delivery of our large-scale brand initiatives Engage in hands on production for large scale projects with minimal oversight, keeping on schedule, on budget and elevating the creative output Lead in cultivating creative inspiration, infusing a fresh and innovative perspective Source diverse artists and collaborators by drawing from your network and conducting outreach to foster meaningful partnerships  Oversee contractual intricacies, bids, budgets, and vendor relationships for projects that fall under your purview Manage casting decisions and support prop sourcing and wardrobe pulls to ensure the success of our visual narratives Lead and mentor our team of producers, providing high-level oversight, guidance, and coaching for proactive problem-solving Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, Marketing team, and the Media team to ensure that photography, video, and other creative assets are strategically aligned with our brand objectives Stay abreast of current trends, culturally appropriate narratives, and best practices in creative production to position Billie at the forefront of storytelling and brand relevance   What we're looking for.
8+ years of expertise experience in motion (TV & digital) and photography production (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle space highly preferred)  Inherent knowledge of production workflows, procedures, and best practices Excellent track record of prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent projects independently A passion for art, culture and innovative creative approaches to content production in an ever-evolving industry A strong network of industry connections across all types of creative mediums, both domestically and internationally Proven ability to lead and mentor other producers, designers, and creative team members Experience building and managing a wide range of budgets General knowledge of licensing, intellectual property, and copyright law A thorough understanding of production-related costs, contracts, and negotiation Unmistakable communication skills with a focus on collaboration A proactive approach that demonstrates the importance of teamwork; you love working with people and people love working with you   The salary range for this position is $150K-$170K.
The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
