What you’ll do The Field Service Representative will be responsible for meeting the daily service repair needs of the customer’s equipment by driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence in Italy.
Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, validation and service repair needs on designated equipment in GMP environment.
Completing Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instruction Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
Participating in sales opportunities such as contract renewals and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
Travel is required (several overnight stays a week).
Who you are Majored in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation.
Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.
Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, electronic equipment and/or automation.
Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
Experience in Biopharma or Biotechnologies environment is a strong plus.
High integrity & discipline.
Capability of working under customer pressure and travel.
Operation / maintenance knowledge related to computers (Windows OS, PC, server), networks and database strong plus.
English & Italian mandatory.
