KPMG Support professionals have the fundamental task of supporting the daily activities of colleagues in the Business, with dedication and proactivity.
For the strengthening of our People structure in Milan, we are looking for an HR Compensation Specialist professional who will be responsible for the following activities.
• Create, develop, and update reporting systems for the Management; • Support the maintenance of data and oversee the accuracy of information in company systems; • Conduct analyses on the data available in the HR information system; • Contribute to the creation of interactive dashboards focused on personnel analysis to drive the overall human resources strategy; • Support HR processes with data and statistics.
To be the ideal candidate, you should possess.
• Master's degree in economic disciplines; • 2-4 years of previous experience in the role; • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; • Good knowledge of the English language; • Passion and enthusiasm for HR issues, curiosity, and proactivity, flexible approach, and respect for deadlines.
