Mercer Italy is looking for candidates passionate about making a difference in the careers of thousands of people to join through an exciting and fruitful 6-month internship the People Tax & Labour team based in Milan.

As a Mercer Intern you will support our People Tax & Labour team in managing our multinational clients’ expatriates’ employees in all activities related to personnel management in taxation, social security and immigration.
We will count on you to.
Project management activities in the transfer process, including the collection of needs and specific requests of the expats Implementing the best immigration procedure in case of transfer/assignment of non-EU and Community nationals posted to Italy Production of documentations and analysis Identifying and implementing the most suitable tax and social security scheme in case of transfer/assignment from and to Italy of employees of multinational companies Application of existing bilateral agreements with Italy to avoid double taxation Implementation of agreements of social security in force with Italy in order to ensure compliance with social security obligations in Italy and abroad What you need to have.
Italian and English proficiency Master's degree in business, law or political sciences or similar Availability to visit and relate with various offices/Agenzia delle Entrate/INPS/Embassies/Visa’s centre What makes you stand out.
