Job Description Purpose of the job Support the HR team in optimising activities through data analysis, budget support and KPIs management in order to drive strategic decisions and improve overall business performance.

Family Day, Charity, IWD, Rise Against Hunger, Movember, Special Visitors Site Tours); Support in HR projects and initiatives as needed (engagement, recruiting, etc); Ensuring the timely management of the related monthly purchasing orders; Ensuring that the Training Database is maintained and timely updated; Performing weekly data accuracy check in Workday to ensure detailed payroll execution; Soft Skills Proactive attitude; Networking skills; Strong communications skills; Team working; Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Hard Skills EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included); Education.
Master/Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology; IT knowledge.
strong MS Office skills (great command of Excel and Power Point); The knowledge of CANVA is a plus Language knowledge.
