Position Overview The intern works together with the HR Team of Tiffany South Europe in the Milan headquarter.
he/he supports the HR activities in the cluster.
Monthly payroll process.
data check and reports preparation Talent Acquisition process.
support during the phases of recruitment (from the recruitment to the onboarding) Reports and Analysis for HR related topic Support the Employee engagement activities organization Act as a point of contact for Tiffany & Co.

Educational path in Human Resources or related subjects Industry specific experience (Retail, Luxury or multi brand e.

luxury department or Specialty Retail) is a plus Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem-solving & creative thinking skills Competent at establishing & maintaining relationships at all levels Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Proficient in MS Office Proficient in English and Italian (Spanish is preferred) Internship details.

March Duration.
6 months Full time internship.
40h per week, from Monday to Friday Monthly remuneration provided
