SUMMARY OF ROLE:

Maxeon Solar Technologies is looking for a Sales and Marketing Operations Coordinator.

Reporting to the Italian Managing Director, the selected candidate will work closely with the local and regional teams to support marketing and sales initiatives as well as perform tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for the local organization.

These tasks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Sales and marketing back-office support, including creation of purchase orders, data gathering and reporting, contract management
  • Manage administrative tasks associated to the budget process
  • Manage and follow-up on targeted sales initiatives meant to nurture key accounts and prospects
  • Support the logistics of events on the Italian territory and internationally, working hand-in hand with the marketing and sales team, coordinating the general organizing secretarial tasks
  • Support our European HR team in the implementation of global HR policies in the local market
  • Support other established general administrative requirements of the organization

Qualifications

  • Belonging to “Categorie Protette” (L. 68/99)
  • BA in Economics, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in an assistant or operations role
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Experience with CRM (SalesForce preferred) and Oracle workflows
  • Full proficiency of Business English. An additional language is a plus
  • Independent and proactive mindset
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to details complete the profile

Location

Remote within Italy, Milan preferred.

Sporadic business trips might be required.
