ABOUT THE POSITION.
TeamSystem is looking for a dynamic Investment Manager to join the M&A team and support origination and investment activities in Italy and other countries part of TeamSystem’s expansion strategy.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing relationships to originate leads and support deal execution, being an ambassador for TeamSystem, analysing potential investment opportunities supporting all stages of our investment processes.
As part of your role, you will collaborate with key internal stakeholders across all our corporate functions and business units and earn a deep understanding of our business and levers for value creation in the software sector.
As an Investment Manager, you will be expected to actively contribute to our team management activities and the professional development of the junior M&A team.
While at TeamSystem, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of projects and software segments and will report directly to the Head of M&A while collaborating with other members of the team.
REQUIREMENTS.
• At least 7 years of relevant working experience at a management consulting firm, investment bank, private equity or established venture capital firm or M&A / strategy department in high tech company • Ability to work in an independent, proactive and goal-oriented manner, with an entrepreneurial mindset • Team-player, enjoys working with other individuals and seeks to contribute to a collaborative, friendly working environment • Outstanding analytical skills and detail-oriented attitude.
You take pride in delivering highquality outputs • Organization skills, able to drive processes with limited supervision while utilizing the CRM and productivity platforms available for effective team coordination • Strong Power Point proficiency and ability to produce and deliver professional presentations, which will be shared externally and with our Board of Directors • Excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency, including building and auditing complex models, business plans, valuation analysis etc.
