We are looking for a On-Site Service Technician to join our Process Automation business.
ou will ensure the Service portfolio is delivered effectively according to ABB standard processes and safety guidelines to satisfy customers and execute technical support, act as specialist and solve problems in own expertise area.
You will proactively communicate both with the customer and ABB sales teams to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for Service growth.
Your responsibilities On-site location.
Torino.
Performing site works following service plan according to ABB\us technical, commercial and health & safety standards.
Installing and maintaining Continuous Emission Monitoring System and carrying out repair and preventive maintenance.
Preparing the service reports and records that are necessary for the quality of service.
Supporting sales on service offers for revamping\\ upgrading and spare parts on systems.
Dealing with technical site intervention during on call service availability that could be over night or during weekend.
Your background Degree or Diploma in Electrics or Electrics/Electronics.
Min 2/3 year experience in service, knowledge on maintaining Continuous Emission Monitoring System.
Proficiency in various service and test mythologies, relevant in-house and industrial standards related to Measurement Products Analytical and Service.
Experience in Petrochemical, Refinery, Chemical, Oil & Gas or Power Plant market will be highly advantageous.
Ability and skill to manage proactively the customer relationship and critical situations.
Able to manage work with autonomy and to work in team.
Able to manage on call service and following on-site intervention in our Torino site.
Ability to communicate fluently in Italian and good English.
Knowledge in MS Office programs.
