PR & CSR SUPERVISOR

Disney Company Italia is seeking for a new profile to support the Italian PR team.
Successful candidate will be working in a very dynamic environment with heavy focus on partnerships amongst various collaborators reporting directly to PR & Comms Director Theatrical, Disney+, Corporate, CSR, Internal Comms & DE&I.
Through daily partnerships with all the company areas the candidate will support PR Director on all activities depending on priorities with a special focus on CSR & Internal Comms activities taking care of stakeholders with the main objective to provide support defining and developing the strategies which underpin a company’s Communication and CSR objectives, organise and coordinate charitable events and activities for Disney employees.
Key elements and required results of the role Corporate Communication Supporting PR Director as to the following activities.
Accountable for corporate public announcements, Executives’ interviews and speaking opportunities for LT members and executive during meetings/events etc… Supervising press review and social media channels Crisis Management Own the development and execution of internal communications campaigns and events Project management of various initiatives working in harmony with HR and legal teams Ensure that guidelines for the accurate use of nomenclature, grammar, graphics and names are met in every communication piece.
Ensure that all communication pieces reflect Legal guidelines.
EMEA internal email / comms localisation Corporate social responsibility Foster relationship with Italian ONLUS Prioritise and coordinate local initiatives with Italian ONLUS including charity screenings and events Approval and legal guidelines management (Cybergrant) Join weekly EMEA calls Run internal reports to support the general team Supporting the whole PR team during events & screenings organization across all line of business, to ensure that legal, procurement, and safe & safety teams are aligned Review content from UK and US Edit presentations / PR slides for various filmmakers deck Creation of EMEA newsletter for ItalyExperience and Professional Qualifications Required Experience and Professional Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or higher, English, communications, marketing or public relations.
Minimum 2 years of experience within Brand Management, public relations, corporate communications or CSR events.
Excellent in writing and editing required, both in Italian and English.
Have experience of supporting Crisis Management An individual who is motivated! Creative with concepts and can apply new initiatives whilst understanding how to handle working in a fast paced environment!! Competencies Required Ability to build positive relationships with key people or organisations A creative mind patterned with the ability to find the best practical solution Knowledge of video production and editing Passion for the PR industry and its best practices Manage charitable contributions, sponsorship requests and corporate giving campaigns to local, and national organisations.
