We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Engineering Administrator to join our heat transfer team in Rotherham. Provide admin support to Project Engineers within the Heat Exchanger and Pressure Vessel Service. To Include; Assist in document collation and submittals to customers. Assist PE in sourcing accurate quotations. Assist in scheduling meetings. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Help maintain current MRP system. When required, provide support with the site Purchasing functions. Work closely with all staff and support when necessary. Ensure correspondence with suppliers, customers and internal staff is recorded accurately. Actively participate in Company improvement initiatives. Adheres to all Company policies and procedures including quality, safety, environmental and HR. Experience IT literate with specific experience using Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point programs. Attributes Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, influencing and organisational skills. Team and goal oriented. Strong analytical skills coupled with a positive problem solving approach. High energy and drive. Confident to engage with all levels of the business. Efficient and accurate with good attention to detail. Willingness to learn from others and share best practice. Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload. Proactive, flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude’. Note: All employees are expected to be flexible and undertake additional duties commensurate with the overall requirements of the organisation and that are within their competence when required.
