We are looking for a Project Management intern in our Electrification Division in Dalmine.
Your responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for the non-conformities opened by the customer, in particular.
follow up with supplier and customer to get and clarify project details, get used and learn customer Tool in order to manage claims, open, analyze and close old and new claims.
In our ERP system, SAP, the candidate will be responsible for uploading and checking purchase orders toward our suppliers, granting the correct execution of the whole process.
The candidate will support the revenue recognition process, following up with customer and suppliers, also taking care of the correct process execution in SAP.
The candidate will handle improvement projects related to KPIs management and standardization.
With the aim to improve customer perception toward ABB, the candidate will prepare and share questionnaires with our suppliers and clients to evaluate our project management process and behaviors.
Together with the project management team, the candidate will analyze the project execution process to improve and standardize the different phases and activities.
Your background Bachelor\us or Master\us degree in economics or engineering.
Good knowledge of the Office Package.
PowerBi is considered a plus.
Knowledge of Italian is essential.
Very good knowledge of English both written and spoken.
Dynamic individual with good interpersonal skills.
Capacity to work in a team.
