JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES.
The candidate will support the Retail Store Operations Team of the EMEA Sun Region.
This team represents the point of contact between the local teams in the different countries and Corporate Functions.
Store Operations team has a lot of interactions with different teams across all EMEA countries.
for this reason, in our team we need strong communication skills and ability to work in a complex environment.
Store Operations team also supports the launch of new projects in store.
This requires also analytical skills and the ability to plan activities in an effective way   AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES.
Facilitate the communication between markets and Corporate teams in the daily business, to quickly solve operating issues and run the sales operations smoothly.
Support the Store Operations team in developing innovative projects, planning the activities and deliver them successfully.
Perform analysis and help creating better operating processes in the stores, leveraging on IT systems, managerial tools and people’s skills.
Guarantee that all the procedures in stores are respected and aligned with global standards.
Coordinate the deployment of processes and guidelines given by Corporate Functions (es.
Product, Planning, IT).
Create Retail KPIs reports in a proactive and critical way.
Act as a point of contact for Store Operations teams in EMEA countries to escalate issues and instances to Corporate Departments.

Educational Background in Management or Engineering At least 0 years of experience in XXX – no experience required Strong problem solving skills Communication skills Project Management basics are a plus Solid experience with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint   CANDIDATE PROFILE.

Management or Engineering – Master degree just obtained, or in the latest stage of the University path   LANGUAGES.
