ROLE OVERVIEW Part of our Galley team on our River vessels, the Sous Chef ensures outstanding food quality, support budget goals, create guest-oriented culture to increase revenue and profitability in Viking Cruises..
The Sous Chef reports to Executive Chef.
WHAT YOU WILL DO ON BOARD Prepare and distribute daily meals for guests and crew Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards Assist with ordering food supplies within budget Supervise, train, and motivate galley team Conduct stock takes and inventory management Support Executive Chef in departmental meetings and onboard training programs WHY JOIN VIKING?
