You find yourself halfway between business services and IT by designing solutions essential to the business: • Identification, collection and prioritization of needs in various projects • Definition and specification of requirements • Role of facilitator between stakeholders (Business Services and IT) • Preparation, animation and evaluation of workshops at the client's premises • Contribution to the design of software architectures • Conduct of campaigns and testing cycles • Strong collaboration with project managers YOUR PROFILE • Higher education in computer science or equivalent qualification • Practical professional experience of several years in business analysis or consulting in a service company or equivalent internal function • Methodical and practical know-how in the areas of management and definition of requirements in complex IT projects • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, ability to understand quickly, persuade and creative strength • Solid knowledge of processes in at least one sector such as finance, insurance, healthcare, industry • Proactive, strong ability to work independently and structured • Desire for continuous personal development • Very good command of oral and written English One more : • Practice of BPMN modelling • Certifications: CBAP, IREB, CPRE • Experience in project management • Availability to travel The three-pillar system has been enshrined in the Federal Swiss constitution since 1972.
