In this role you will be working within Service & Technology Specialist \u Design, Configuration & Knowledge Sharing Agile Unit and will be part of Electrification business area for Smart Power division.
You will be member of Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing Framework Agile Team and will be reporting to Chapter Lead \u Analytics and will be accountable for all measures that support the business processes and fall within the scope of Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing Framework applications activities to serve ELSP business and ensure its continuity.
The primary objective is to enable beneficial operations with minimum disruption to the services in scope.

Global with preference with Bergamo (Italy) or Bangalore (India).
Your responsibilities Responsible for making sure that business relations within the ELSP organization are managed to enable delivery of Services of Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing Framework.
Direct teams to make sure that service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) are in place with both external and internal teams and make sure all contractors carry out processes to ITIL standards.
Liaise with all other functions within ELSP to make sure that services are maintained.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing Framework applications scope.
Accountable for Change and Release Management, Infrastructure, Testing & Adoption as well as Service Desk and Incident Management.
Driving the implementation of change requests and accountable to deliver new functionality required by the business while protecting the integrity of existing services.
Accountable for controlling of service asset and configuration items are properly controlled, and that accurate and reliable information about these assets is available when needed.
Accountable for Development and Implementation of business improvement goals and plans.
Accountable for Process simplification, automation and tools introduction.
Your background 15+ years of experience in the IT Industry with focused experience in large transformation projects in Service Management 10+ years of experience in the implementation of ITIL methods and design thinking preferably with knowledge in Planisware, Jira, Azure DevOps and Power BI.
Technical Skills and proven experience in business consulting, requirements gathering to development, support and training.
Conversant with the development of KPI\us and other project management tools.
Responsible of meeting Project Quality requirements, KPI and OLAs Experience in working in a multi-vendor environment, interfacing with clients and has managed both internal and external stakeholders.
Teamwork, Adaptability, Analytical Thinking, Client Focus, Business Processes understanding and improvement capabilities.
Collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and relationship-building skills paired with quick comprehension.
Fluency in English.
