SHOES & BIJOUX QUALITY MANAGER

About the role.
The recruited person will be an essential part of the Shoes & Fashion Accessories Industrial Division based in Scandicci (FI) and will be in charge of quality activities from early prototype stages, anticipating risks as much as possible and resolve them before start of production.
Furthermore, he/she will be responsible for managing finished product inspections during production stage, ensuring the continuity of the required quality standards and proposing corrective actions on subsequent seasons with the aim of continuous improvement.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?   You will be in charge of.
Quality in development phase ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Risk analysis highlight all potential quality risks for entire collection of shoes, bijoux and Provide recommendations regarding quality tests to be conducted on raw materials and provide care instructions and warnings to pass on to store managers before sale (mostly applies to recycled or delicate materials)   Quality during production Support in TDS report – assembly quality, logo position, materials have no defects, colours conform with style Receive from production planning Chloé Paris quality procurement plan and verification with manufacturers quantities received Definition of finished product inspections calendar, strategy (100% or AQL) and range of tolerance for quality standards, taking into account the workload of the external company in charge of inspections and directly acting on on-site inspections in case of  problems Receive report with quality control results (final product) provide GO or NO GO to shipping Creation of manufacturer performance reports to be shared with manufacturers and maison and request of corrective actions Management of QC budget   After Sales and Stock Management •     Management of quality in stock and in store pre-sales via ticketing system •     KPI pre-sales and in stock and adjustment of QC strategy in production •    Management of after sales claims via ticketing system – customer service for shoes claims received directly from clients     HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? 10 years of experience in a quality control role with focus on Shoes/LG/Bijoux technical knowledge of the main finished product components (leathers, fabrics, metal parts) Degree in Chimics/Engeenering or equivalent Data driven and proactive approach striving for excellence Good command of Excel (Pivot, Cerca_vert etc.) Good English Level; Attitude for managing priorities Attitude to teamwork and problem solving   YOUR JOURNEY WITH US After selecting your application, our HR team will contact you for the following steps.
