To make this vision a reality, we are looking for enthusiastic, agile and passionate Store Manager’s profile, from a variety of backgrounds, eager to evolve in a very exciting environment.
MAIN PURPOSE As Store Manager, and part of Retail Team, you will participate in the development of the business, your team and the brand in your local market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BUSINESS AND CLIENTS DEVELOPMENT.
Monitor the store performance and always remain aware of market trends P&L responsibility Identify areas of improvement and work hand in hand with managers to implement action plans to achieve the commercial objectives Establish a client-centric mindset to offer clients the best experience in store and achieve the CRM objectives Translate the store’s objectives into concrete daily targets and tasks, inspire the team to reach targets Be the link between the head office and the store BRAND AMBASSADOR AND PROMOTER.
Be the ambassador of the brand and endorse the culture and values within Celine Ensure the best level of client experience Handle delicate customer situations if needed PROCESS OWNER.
Ensure that all the processes are compliant with the legal, regulatory and internal requirements Responsible of stock and store planning Guarantee the proper execution of all tasks related to the digitalization of the store TALENT ACQUISITION, MANAGER & SKILLS DEVELOPER.
Detect new talents in your daily environment and recruit them Manage the team to drive the business.
create a positive work environment, develop the team spirit Regularly coach the team to ensure they develop the key skills expected at their position Profile EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & PROFILE (SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES)) EXPERIENCE.
4-5 years of retail management experience and/or equivalent.
EDUCATION.
Masters/Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Strong business sense and ability to drive results Product and fashion sensitivity Proven ability to successfully manage large teams, strong leadership skills High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty Highly developed communication skills Organized and ability to prioritize whilst maintaining agility Able to coach and develop a team Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity and curiosity Additional information LANGUAGES.
fluent in Italian and English, a third language would be a plus WORKPLACE Serravalle Scrivia (Al) STARTING DATE JANUARY
