Your overall objective will be to.
Actively participate to the management of EIF debt mandate agreements and debt transactions by working on transfer and termination agreements and related documentation.
For this purpose, you will work in closed cooperation with other EIF services (including Mandate Management and EIF Back Office) to provide legal input on termination agreement and support services on the drafting and negotiation of mandate and transactions termination agreements.
Responsibilities.
Under the guidance of the senior of the team, you shall.
Participate to the discussions on termination of mandates and termination of transactions; Have the opportunity to work with local law firms on specific local laws aspects linked to the transfer or termination of agreements.
You will therefore be exposed to various EU jurisdictions and related local laws; Review relevant documents and provide input under the supervision of a Head of Unit or lawyer of the team; Support the legal team in the drafting and negotiation of mandate termination agreements; Prepare drafts (and coordinate services feedback) of termination of guarantee/loan agreements.

Qualifications.
Master degree in Law from a reputable University, preferably with a specialisation in business/finance law; Previous experience as a trainee in a recognised law firm or legal department of a financial institution, in the area of banking, structure finance or capital markets; Basic knowledge of finance documentation.
