rest days on board Fair holiday regulations Personal atmosphere on board and within the company Extensive induction and training at the start of the season Free language training on board at the start of the season Attractive promotion opportunities Your responsibilities Skilled work in the scullery; proper handling of all hotel and cleaning materials refilling of cleaning chemicals Controlling operating temperatures and functioning of dishwashing systems Help with cleaning kitchen/storage areas Keeping work utensils and dishwashers clean Assistance in special departments with proper attention to applicable standards Performing special services and tasks Assistance with loading Separating waste in accordance with the on-board waste system using the waste compressor and glass crusher Keeping the waste room clean / Assistance with waste disposal Cleaning the crew mess after each meal in compliance with prescribed standards Attention to guest interests when working in public areas Compliance with uniform code in public and non-public areas (especially when on watch) Help carrying suitcases Your profile Proven experience of working in a scullery/the gastronomy sector Basic German or English Health certificate for the gastronomy sector
