Your Role You assist in first-level support – both at the service desk and via the ticketing system Your tasks include analyzing and resolving incidents and error messages You are responsible for installing and setting up IT equipment such as PCs, laptops, and smartphones You take care of the technical setup of conference rooms for meetings and events You create and maintain documentation, guides, and workarounds Your Profile You are currently enrolled in an IT-related degree program You have strong technical understanding and a high level of service and customer orientation You demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills You enjoy working independently, accurately, and in a structured manner You have very good German and English language skills Your Benefits The motivating working atmosphere, of a high-tech, innovative company The possibility to realize your own ideas The chance of experiencing new ways Your Contact Please apply online and provide us with your earliest possible entry date.
